Three-Dimensional Learning

Three-dimensional learning promotes long-term development. The three learning dimensions are:

Speed of learning: How fast one can move through the learning cycle (planning, implementing, reflecting).

Depth of learning: How well one is able to question underlying assumptions and improve the capacity to learn in the future.

Breadth of learning: How extensively one is able to transfer new insights and knowledge to other issues and parts of one’s life.
